New England Yeast
Fermoale New-E
Attenuation: 78%
Best for: NEIPA, Hazy IPA, Hazy Pale Ale
Fermoale New-E is developed for New England IPAs and hazy styles, promoting tropical ester expression, soft mouthfeel, and stable haze formation.
Fermoale New-E is a top-fermenting yeast tailored for haze-positive beer styles. It produces expressive tropical fruit esters, including mango, passionfruit, and citrus, while contributing to a soft and rounded palate.
Its medium-low flocculation keeps yeast in suspension longer, supporting haze stability and increased body. It is particularly suited to NEIPAs and hazy pale ales where yeast character works alongside dry hopping to drive flavour intensity.
