Caustic Extra

Caustic Extra is a high-performance sodium hydroxide-based alkaline cleaner developed for cleaning applications in the food and beverage industry. The product is specifically designed for use in CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems, ensuring effective removal of organic residues, fats, and protein-based contamination from processing equipment.

Formulated with sodium hydroxide and chelating agents, Caustic Extra delivers reliable cleaning performance in demanding industrial environments, including areas with very hard water. The product is particularly suitable for brewery cleaning applications where enhanced alkaline strength is required.

This alkaline CIP (Caustic Extra Alkaline Cleaner) detergent is suitable for use in breweries, dairy processing facilities, and general food production plants. It can be applied across a wide range of equipment and is effective at both ambient and elevated temperatures up to 80°C, ensuring consistent and efficient cleaning performance.

Caustic Extra is designed for effective removal of fats, proteins, and organic residues, and is suitable for use in:
