Enzymatic Cleaner
Enzybrew L
Enzybrew L is a liquid enzymatic cleaner for breweries, designed for soaking removable parts and cleaning bottling equipment. It breaks down protein and polysaccharide residues without corrosion risk, offering a non-foaming, easy-rinse alternative to caustic for fittings, hoses and valves.
Enzybrew L is a professional-use liquid enzymatic detergent designed specifically for cleaning bottling machines and soaking removable components – including valves, rubber hoses, and fittings – in microbrewery environments. With a phosphorus-free formula, it provides a thorough and environmentally responsible cleaning solution that targets the organic soiling typically encountered in brewing operations.
This product works by harnessing the action of enzymes – including subtilisin – to break down protein waste, polysaccharide residues, and other organic deposits that accumulate on contact surfaces and removable parts. The result is reinforced hygiene, effective preparation for disinfection, and a guaranteed absence of contamination risk. Because the product is non-corrosive and non-classified for hazard under normal use conditions, it presents no risk of burns to operators and is safe for use with soft metals and delicate equipment (testing on a small surface first is recommended for prolonged contact with aluminium, iron, or copper).
Enzybrew L is applied as a 1% solution in hot water for soaking removable parts for 4 to 12 hours, or as a CIP cleaning solution for 20 to 60 minutes. Its non-foaming formula makes rinsing fast and straightforward. With a biodegradation rate exceeding 99% in 28 days, it is a sustainable alternative to caustic soda-based cleaners.
Enzybrew L is suitable for:
