Disinfectant
PAA 15
PAA 15 is a high-strength peracetic acid disinfectant for brewery CIP, used as a fast-acting terminal sanitiser. It delivers broad-spectrum microbial control, is non-foaming and no-rinse when used correctly, offering a more concentrated, cost-efficient option for routine sanitation.
PAA 15 is a powerful peracetic acid-based disinfectant developed for terminal sanitising applications in the food and beverage industry. PAA 15 Peracetic Acid Disinfectant is specifically designed for use in CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems, providing effective microbial control and hygiene assurance across processing equipment.
Formulated as a stabilised equilibrium mixture of peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and acetic acid, PAA 15 delivers strong oxidising and disinfecting performance. It is highly effective against a broad spectrum of microorganisms, including bacteria, spores, yeasts, moulds, and algae.
This CIP sanitiser is fast-acting, non-foaming, and suitable for use without rinsing when applied correctly. Compared to lower concentration products, it offers higher strength and improved cost efficiency in industrial sanitation processes.
PAA 15 is designed for effective terminal disinfection of equipment and surfaces, and is suitable for:
- CIP systems for final sanitising
