Peroxyboost

Peroxyboost is a hydrogen peroxide-based CIP additive developed to enhance cleaning performance in the food and beverage industry. Peroxyboost CIP Additive is designed for use in CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems in combination with caustic solutions, improving overall cleaning efficiency.

Formulated with hydrogen peroxide, Peroxyboost delivers strong oxidising performance and releases active oxygen under high temperature and alkaline conditions. This generates additional mechanical action within the CIP system, supporting the breakdown of organic residues and improving removal of beer stone deposits.

This oxygen-based booster is particularly effective in brewery cleaning applications and can be used across a wide range of process equipment. It enables improved cleaning performance while reducing the required concentration of caustic and supporting more efficient CIP processes.

Peroxyboost CIP additive is used as an additive to enhance caustic cleaning performance, and is suitable for:

• CIP systems used with caustic cleaning solutions
• Brewing equipment, vessels, and tanks
• Dairy processing installations
• Food production lines
• Pipework and process systems

Peroxyboost is a hazardous oxidising product and must be handled with care.

Handling and Storage:

• Store in a cool, well-ventilated place
• Keep container tightly closed
• Store in original container with vented cap
• Keep away from chlorines, flammables, and incompatible materials
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat
• Do not allow product to freeze
• Use appropriate protective equipment during handling
