Dry Hopping Gun
The Dry-Hopping Gun is a pressurised dosing device for introducing hops into fermentation or conditioning vessels without oxygen ingress. It is designed to preserve product integrity during dry hopping while maintaining closed-system operation.
The unit connects directly to tanks and uses CO₂ pressure to transfer hops into the vessel, minimising exposure to air and reducing the risk of oxidation.
Product Protection
-
01
Closed-System Dry Hopping
Allows hop addition without opening the vessel, reducing oxygen pickup and contamination risk.
-
02
CO₂-assisted transfer
Pressurised dosing ensures efficient transfer of hop material into the tank.
-
03
Improved Aroma Retention
Minimises oxidation during hop addition, preserving volatile hop compounds.
Operational Simplicity
-
04
Quick Installation
Connects directly to tank ports with minimal setup.
-
05
Reduced Product Loss
Controlled dosing reduces spillage and inefficient hop utilisation.
-
06
CIP-Compatible Design
Can be cleaned as part of standard tank cleaning routines.
