Integrated Process

Beverage Production Line

Ingredient Streams: Up to 4 + water

The Beverage Production Line is an integrated inline processing system for high-flexibility beverage production. It combines proportional blending, temperature control, carbonation, optional pasteurisation, and dispensing or buffer tank management within a continuous process.

Deaerated water and up to four additional ingredient streams, including syrup, flavour, wine, spirits, or other liquids, are dosed into a static mixing unit according to HMI-selected recipes. The line is suited to RTDs, soft drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and carbonated products requiring repeatable blending with minimal product loss.
