Keg Washer and Filler

The Keg Washer and Filler is a two-station, fully automatic combined washing and filling unit for breweries requiring a compact clean-and-fill solution. Kegs are loaded manually and started by double-button activation, after which the machine handles washing, sanitisation, and COâ‚‚ counter-pressure filling in sequence.
The unit includes Siemens PLC control, a 7-inch colour HMI, dedicated caustic and sanitiser tanks, heated chemical preparation, heavy-duty stainless steel pumps, pressure monitoring, and keg level control. It is suitable for breweries needing flexible keg preparation and filling without installing a full kegging line.
