Tanks
Brite Beer Tanks
Brite beer tanks are conditioning vessels used for final clarification, carbonation, and storage prior to packaging. Manufactured in food-grade SS304 stainless steel, they deliver a controlled environment for stabilising finished beer and preparing it for consistent, oxygen-minimised transfer to kegs, cans, or bottles.
Available from 1 hL to 500 hL, BBTs are fully insulated and dimple-jacketed for glycol cooling, ensuring stable temperature throughout conditioning and carbonation. Pressure-rated construction and sanitary fittings support safe operation, reliable CO₂ retention, and repeatable product quality across production scales.
Process Control & Product Stability
-
01
Precise Temperature Control
Dimple-jacketed cooling and full insulation maintain stable conditioning temperatures, allowing controlled carbonation and minimising variation between batches, particularly critical for bright beer consistency prior to packaging.
-
02
Pressure Integrity & CO₂ Retention
Pressure-rated vessel design supports carbonation under controlled conditions, ensuring consistent dissolved CO₂ levels and reducing losses during storage and transfer.
-
03
Consistent Final Product Quality
Controlled environment limits oxygen pickup and temperature fluctuation, preserving flavour, carbonation, and clarity from conditioning through to packaging.
Hygiene & Operational Reliability
-
04
Full CIP Compatibility
Integrated spray ball, CIP arm, and sanitary fittings ensure complete internal coverage, enabling repeatable cleaning cycles without disassembly and reducing contamination risk.
-
05
Sanitary Construction Standards
SS304 construction with smooth internal finish and polished welds minimises product hold-up and supports hygienic operation across all process stages.
-
06
Integrated Monitoring & Sampling
Thermowells, sample valves, and pressure instrumentation allow in-process checks without compromising vessel integrity, supporting quality control and operational visibility.
Available configurations
-
Vertical Brite Beer Tank
Standard configuration for most breweries. Insulated and jacketed, suitable for conditioning, carbonation, and direct serving in controlled cellar environments with efficient footprint and straightforward integration.
-
Horizontal Brite Beer Tank
Designed for low-headroom installations or constrained layouts. Maintains identical specification to vertical tanks while optimising space utilisation where ceiling height is limited.
-
Stacked Brite Beer Tank System
Stackable configuration enabling multiple tanks to be installed vertically, maximising conditioning capacity within limited floor space without requiring building expansion.
-
Single-Wall Serving Tank
Non-insulated configuration intended for short-term serving applications, typically in taprooms or bars where ambient temperature is externally controlled rather than via integrated cooling.
