Water Filtration
Reverse Osmosis System
Reverse osmosis systems produce consistent, low-mineral process water by forcing raw water through semi-permeable membranes under high pressure, rejecting dissolved salts, organics and microorganisms before they reach the brewhouse. Built on a fully welded stainless steel frame with an integrated pre-treatment stage, the system removes hardness, chlorine and suspended solids ahead of the membrane bank, protecting membrane life and keeping output quality stable regardless of raw water variability.
Available from pilot to production scale, the system runs on a compact footprint with automated control via touchscreen HMI, giving continuous conductivity monitoring and hands-off operation. This gives brewers full control over water composition, a consistent baseline to build mineral profiles from, rather than depending on the variability of mains or borehole supply.
Efficient Filtration
-
01
Multi-stage pre-treatment as standard
Quartz sand filtration, activated carbon and water softening precede the membrane stage, stripping sediment, chlorine and hardness before water reaches the RO membranes, extending membrane life and protecting rejection performance over time.
-
02
High-rejection membrane filtration
The RO membrane bank removes dissolved salts, organic compounds and microorganisms via pressure-driven separation, producing low-conductivity water suited to brewing, blending and general process use.
-
03
Automated monitoring and control
A 7-inch touchscreen HMI and control cabinet manage flow and pressure automatically, with continuous conductivity monitoring to flag membrane fouling or performance drift before it affects product water quality.
Ease of use
-
04
Compact, self-contained footprint
Fully assembled on a welded stainless steel frame, the system integrates into existing brewhouse or utility rooms without extensive site works, running on standard 3-phase power.
-
05
Replaceable wear parts
PP filter cartridges and RO membrane elements are designed as serviceable spares, allowing routine maintenance without full system downtime.
-
06
Expandable to your process
The core RO stage can be paired with optional EDI polishing, UV or ozone sterilisation, and dedicated storage tanks for sites requiring ultrapure or high-volume water supply.
